We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gozney purchase. If you are not happy with your oven or accessories, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original Gozney packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
